MVTV-3 wins 4 th national awardMoreno Valley’s government access cable television channel, MVTV-3, has won a national “Award of Excellence” for its news program “City Watch.” Pegasus Awards are the video industry’s premier competition for recognition of exemplary work produced by non-broadcast video professionals. “City Watch” was recognized for outstanding quality in the government/community news category. The production, assessed by a distinguished panel of judges representing industry professionals from around the country, achieved a score of 94 out of 100. Pegasus had more than 6,000 total entries in various categories. “To win eleven regional and four national awards in five years is such a great feeling,” said MVTV-3’s Production Coordinator, Steve Jacobs. “It shows just how hard the MVTV-3 staff works to bring quality television programming to the Moreno Valley community,” he said. MVTV-3 staff is: Louis Rocha, Dominic Durden, Rob Roseen, Rod Labuni, Steve Jacobs and Angela Rushen. City Watch is Moreno Valley’s quarterly news program, which airs on Adelphia cable, channel 3.
