the Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021
the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021. This is a
user-friendly annual companion to the Annual
Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), making
the City’s finances increasingly transparent and
accessible to all Moreno Valley Residents. As the
