UTILITIES COMMISSION
The Utilities Commission was formed in
2013 with the purpose of serving as an
advisory body to the City Council primarily
on matters pertaining to Moreno Valley Utility.
If directed by the City Council, the Utilities
Commission can review matters pertaining to
other utility services such as water, sewer, gas,
and the investor-owned electric utility serving
parts of the City. The Utilities Commission holds
public meetings on the fourth Wednesday of
each month at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council
